Hello, we recently were given Disneyland 2-day, 1 park per day resort ticket gift cards and I am trying to reserve a date before they expire on December 16th. When trying to link my tickets it is saying that the 12 digit code is invalid. Could you assist?

    Hello Sara,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

That's quite a pixie-dusted delightful surprise you received! It's wonderful to have people who wish to share with you all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

You're on the right track in wanting to make your theme park reservations to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Typically, it's pretty straightforward to link theme park tickets to a Disneyland Resort account by typing in the ticket ID number. It sounds like you're experiencing an issue when you try to link your tickets, though, and I'm sorry to hear you're seeing that trouble spot with the message about an invalid ticket ID.

You mention that you received Disneyland Resort ticket gift cards, but I'm uncertain if you received theme park tickets purchased for you as a gift or if you received a Disney Gift Card

My best recommendation is for you to reach out to the Disneyland Resort and give a call to the tickets team at (714) 781-4636. I'm confident that a friendly Cast Member with the tickets team can provide help and guidance to you based on the specifics of your ticket type so you can get started with making all your magical plans.

Sara, if the planDisney panelists can help you with sharing suggestions as you make your plans, please come back and visit us and let us know.

Here's wishing you lots of fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
