Hi, I recently was given the so cal resident 3 day pass but was lost after its first use. Is it possible to get a replacement for the pass?

Hello, Francisco! Thanks so much for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

A lost ticket is definitely a bummer, but hopefully getting a replacement isn't too difficult for you. I spoke to a Cast Member this morning that informed me they should be able to reissue a lost ticket if you can visit a ticket booth at the Disneyland Resort with the credit card used to originally purchase the ticket. You can also call the Guest Services Ticket line at (714) 781-4565 for further assistance. Keep in mind that proof of residency will probably be required again to get the new ticket and to activate it at the gates. Since the SoCal Residents Ticket Offer is only good until May 25, 2017, I suggest finding your way to the parks sooner rather than later so you can enjoy the remaining two days of your ticket.

For future reference, I take a picture of the back of my ticket as soon as I receive it. Since the paper tickets are easy to misplace, having a picture of all the details on the back will help Guest Services reissue a ticket should it become lost.

I hope this helps and that you are soon able to enjoy the Disneyland Resort again!
