Hi Maggie!
My son has multiple food allergies, so I know how much work can go into ensuring there are safe and tasty options when eating away from home. Unfortunately, due to changes in suppliers and ingredient availability, menu ingredient lists are not kept online. You will need to ask at each location for each meal during your trip to ensure your meal is safe. However, our family has found that there have been plenty of options to accommodate
special dietary requests while visiting Mickey and friends. For planning my trip, I like to use allergyeats.com to help me find restaurants where other Guests have had wonderful experiences while avoiding the same foods that I do. In my experience, table service restaurants are generally easier to find options that satisfy my son's dining requirements due to their larger kitchens. At table service restaurants, you will want to include your gluten-free dietary request on your reservation, either when you are booking your reservation online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. At the restaurant, notify your server of your allergy and you can speak to the chef to determine a gluten-free option for you. We have found that chefs have gone above and beyond to make sure my son has fantastic dining experiences! For quick service restaurants, simply ask to speak with a chef or manager so they can help you determine gluten-free options at that location. Walt Disney World Resort now has
allergy-friendly menus available at table service and quick service locations to assist Guests in ordering options that accommodate their individual dietary requirements. It is a great place to start when working with Cast Members to order your meal!
T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
