Welcome to planDisney John!
Ah, 7 glorious nights at sea on the
Disney Fantasy! What a perfect way to spend a week. I hope you made magical memories during your cruise. Now let's get your placeholder straightened out so you may begin planning your next at-sea adventure!
While guests are supposed to receive an email after making a deposit for a
placeholder, I know this does not always happen (I did not receive an email after locking in a placeholder on my last cruise). I saw that I was charged for it, so I knew it went through. You have 2 options to get the details on your placeholder. The first is to send an email to Disney Cruise.
Fill out the form and they will get back to you. I did this recently, and a Shoreside Guest Services Associate emailed me back in about 3 weeks with my placeholder confirmation number along with its expiration date.
Your second option is to
call Disney Cruise Line for the needed information. Due to high call volume, wait times may be longer than usual. However, if you already know when you would like to sail, this will be the better option as you will need to call to book your reservation with your placeholder. (They can look up your placeholder and book your cruise all in the same call.)
If you are not booking in the next few weeks, I suggest the email to save time on hold.
Fall 2023 itineraries have been announced, so it is a great time so start planning your next cruise! Browse itineraries, ports, and
ships to find the perfect cruise for you and your crew.
Have fun planning your next Disney Cruise. Captains Mickey and Minnie can't wait to SEA you real soon!
