I just got off the phone with a very helpful Cast Member. She told me that these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Several different factors play in and they really need the specifics of your father’s
Annual Pass in order to make a determination.
I recommend that you call the
Passholder Help Desk at 407-939-7277. Be prepared with any information you have about your father’s Annual Pass, including whether it was paid in full or on a monthly payment plan.
