Hi there, Angela!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I'm excited to hear you've added a little extra pixie dust to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation by extending your travel dates! There's SO much to see and do, and with a longer stay and an extra park day, it gives you more time to enjoy the magic.
There are two ways to add that extra day to your theme park ticket:
1) On the
My Disney Experience mobile app, choose the Menu option in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Select the "Tickets and Passes" icon. You'll be taken to a list of the theme park tickets associated with your account. Select the ticket you'd like to upgrade, and you'll see an option to "Change Ticket". You'll have the option to change the Valid Ticket Dates, Number of Days, and/or Ticket Type. When you select "Number of Days", you'll see prices which show the total cost to change the number of days on the ticket being modified. Once you choose the seven-day option, you'll be taken to the Check Out screen, where you can pay the balance.
2) On the
Walt Disney World Resort website, sign into your My Disney Experience account. Under the My Disney Experience tab, select "My Plans". When the screen comes up, it should say "Angela's Plans and Tickets". As you scroll down, you'll see the members of your Planning Party. Directly under that, it will say "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets". On the left side of the screen, you can choose "Daily Itinerary" or Tickets and Memory Maker". When you select the "Tickets" option, you'll be able to see all the tickets associated with your account. Under each ticket, you should have the option to "Change Ticket".
I hope this helps! If you have any issues adding the extra day, you can
call and speak to a Cast Member directly, or
