Hello! Recently we were at Disney Springs for a photo shoot for my niece. I wanted it to be her day, so I didn’t do it, but I would like photos with the Snow White backgrounds sometime. Is it true that you can’t choose and have to be surprised?

Hi Jennifer and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I think you're talking about the Disney PhotoPass Service Studio at Disney Springs. One of my Moms Panel friends has a photo taken there every year for her holiday cards. I have good news for you! The information you received is false! You can choose which background you prefer.

I happened to stop by the Disney PhotoPass Service Studio with some of my fellow Moms Panelists this summer. We had some fantastic photos made with backgrounds ranging from Moana to the theme parks. They have more backgrounds than you can imagine. It is difficult to see all of the backgrounds they have available so it will save time if you arrive with an idea of a character or place you would like as your background.

Jennifer, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other questions!
    Wishing you a magical day,
    Amy H.
