Hi Moms- 1 more ? Recently diagnosed with a feet condition that makes walking long distances/standing long periods of time painful. I don't have a handicap pass. Does Disney have any accomm. for someone in my situation. Thinking about getting a scooter.

    Hi Melissa,

I would recommend going to Guest Relations and talking with a Cast Member about your medical condition.  You probably would qualify for a Guest Assistance Pass that will be good for your entire stay. Make sure that you include your entire party on this pass so you can ride attractions together.   If you could get a note from your doctor specifying your restrictions, this would be helpful as well.  You can certainly obtain a wheelchair or Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) by renting them from any of the theme parks or Downtown Disney. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and no reservations are accepted.  You could also rent a wheelchair or ECV from numerous outside vendors such as Buena Vista Scooters.  I know that your vacation will be magical, Melissa!
