I recently cruised on the Wonder. I purchased three photos for digital download. When I go to the website and look at my photos, all of them still have the watermark, and the three I purchased do not show any option to download. How do I download them?

Ahoy to you, Jane! Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question. My pals and I are here and always happy to help.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having difficulties downloading the photos you purchased while onboard. The Disney Cruise Line website recently underwent some magical enhancements and it seems like a mischievous Stitch got into some of those photos! Those cruise memories and the photographs that capture them are especially important, so let's track them down.

The best way to receive the photos you purchased is to email the Guest Communications Team at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com. The friendly cast members will be happy to sort out your photo situation and get your beautiful pictures to you.

I hope that you had a WONDERful cruise and that if you have any questions or need any help planning a future Disney Vacation that you'll sail back to us at planDisney. We can help answer planning questions about Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Vacation Club, and of course, Disney Cruise Line!

Have a day full of magic,

    Adrianna
