Hello, Hestia! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sailing our way with your question.
I'm happy to hear that you are considering an adventure at sea with Captain Minnie and Captain Mickey! My family can't get enough of sailing with Disney Cruise Line and I hope you'll be making your own adventures onboard in the near future. You ask a great question about the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and I'd love to help you.
The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is intended to help you plan your Disney Cruise once your reservation is secured. Once you have a reservation, you can view a countdown to your cruise, explore details about your ship, and make reservations (once your cruise is paid in full and your
activity booking window opens) for onboard activities and
Port Adventures.
Once you step aboard the ship, the Navigator app becomes your first mate to help steer you to all of the information you will need to know for your sailing. The app will display your dining time,
restaurant rotation, and menus for meals. The app will provide your Daily Activity Schedule and you will be able to scroll through all of the activity listings for your entire sailing. You can click the heart icon next to anything you'd like to participate in, and the app will send you a reminder notification about 15 minutes before the entertainment is about to start with a reminder of where to go.
The best place to gather information as you consider booking a Disney Cruise is the
Disney Cruise Line website, or here at planDisney! The website has a
FAQ section,
Cruise Planning Videos, and much more. We also have a few
planDisney podcast episodes that focus on Disney Cruising as well. If you have more specific questions, please visit us again and ask. My pals and I would be happy to help!
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
