    I recently completed a Disney cruise and prepaid for unlimited photos. Where are the photos located?

    Hi there, Lori! I'm glad you sailed to us with your question here at planDisney. Welcome! 

    I hope you had an incredible time aboard your Disney Cruise, and I completely understand wanting to unearth those photos you took during your sailing. They might feel like buried treasure at the moment, and those photos will bring back some magical memories!

    To locate your Disney Cruise Line photos, please follow these steps:

    • Go to https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/
    • Click Sign In at the very top of the screen
    • Sign in with your valid email and password
    • Under the tab titled Already Booked, click the My Cruise Photos link under the My Account section, then click on Link Your Reservation.
    It's important to note that photos will begin to expire 45 days after they were taken on the cruise, so please download your photos before the expiration date. If you need additional assistance, you can email dcl.photo@disneycruise.com for help.
