Hello Connie and welcome to planDisney! It's so lovely to see you here today.
What wonderful news it is to hEAR that you've re-discovered 6 of the old-school Disney E-Tickets from your past magical visits to
Walt Disney World Resort whilst having a good old-fashioned spring clean of your drawers! I love the feeling of uncovering some lost hidden treasure when I'm doing cleaning and decluttering at my own castle!
Connie, on your behalf I've done a little research into what Guests with remaining Disney E-Tickets should do, and with this information in mind, I have some suggestions for you -
Firstly, I would recommend communicating with Cast Members via email by utilising this handy
online email form where you can provide any pertinent details of your old Disney E-Tickets. Knowledgeable Cast Members should be able to advise you best about how to move forward with any possible remaining value on your old-style tickets.
Next, you could safely store your old Disney E-Tickets until you visit Walt Disney World Resort in February 2022. After you've arrived, simply stop by any Ticket Sales window located nearby the entrance of any Disney Theme Park, or perhaps if more convenient a Disney Resorts Collection hotel
Lobby Concierge desk. Cast Members at either location will be able to fully advise on any possible remaining ticket value and if appropriate, issue any replacement
Disney Theme Park Tickets.
And lastly, why not create a fun souvenir from your 6 old Disney E-Tickets by framing them for display in your home? At least you'll always know where they are if they're proudly hung in your home as a lasting pixie-dusted memory of past vacations to the most magical place on earth!
I hope I've been able to offer a little insight for you today Connie. If you should have any further questions about vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort in February 2022, then please do pop back to
planDisney to ask me another question. I'm always happy to help.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
