    I recently changed my park reservation, on the website it is showing the correct day and parks however in the app I'm still seeing my original park reservation. Is this just a glitch? I will allow 24 hours and if it doesn't update then I will call.

    Alicia, it sounds as if you are an astute Disney vacation planner with an excellent grasp of the My Disney Experience planning available to all Guests, congratulations. If you were successful in modifying your past Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation via your Disney account online, then all should be well with your new plans. Sometimes the My Disney Experience Mobile App is quirky and all it might need is an update, or you may need to perform a restart on your mobile device. Sometimes it might be helpful to delete and re-download the app. If you try all of these strategies and the My Disney Experience Mobile App is not displaying your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations, please contact Walt Disney World Resort - My Disney Experience and MagicBands for direct support. The knowledgeable and friendly Cast Members are incredibly helpful. I once had an issue with the app during a vacation in Europe and a quick call over resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. If you do end up calling, Alicia, I recommend doing so early morning or later in the evening as wait times may be shorter.

    Tip:
    Did you know that you can create a Disney MagicMobile pass to access your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device via the My Disney Experience Mobile App and Disney MagicMobile Service? I absolutely love accessing my theme park admission from my mobile device, because I'm the one who always misplaces my physical theme park admission card.
