    Hi I recently had to change my bank card and when I purchased my Disney pass I had to give my card information to get charged but now that I was supplied with a new card do I have to contact Disney about that to be charged for my pass?

    Welcome to planDisney! It’s always my pleasure to assist a fellow Passholder with their Disneyland Resort Annual Passport questions. I’m sure you’re looking forward to putting your Annual Passport to use once the theme parks reopen. I know that I am! Make sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest theme park news including any possible re-opening announcements. 

    I’m so happy to hear that you’re proactively inquiring about updating your credit card information. If you opted for monthly payments, it’s important to keep your information up to date so your payments are made in a timely manner. If you don’t, when it comes time for you to renew your Annual Passport, you may have issues. Please call Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656. They are open and available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday. A Cast Member in this department will update your profile with the new credit card information you provide and your monthly Annual Passport payments will resume once the theme parks have reopened. 

    If you did not opt for monthly payments and simply want to update your credit card information for any remaining balance owed on your Annual Passport, please contact Annual Passport Member Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277)
