I am so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your holiday recently. Let's go over a few things on what to expect and when.
When you do cancel your holiday, you should get email confirmations of the transactions. Things such as dining reservations are easier and quicker to do most times without refunds being needed so can move fairly quickly with those items. Other things such as your hotel, ticket and travel accommodations will take a bit longer to fully process. I would give it a good 5-7 business days until you receive an email confirmation of the canceled transaction. You can also check on your
My Disney Experience account to see if your reservation is still linked to your account. When it moves through the cancellation process, this will fall off either before or after you receive your email. You should start seeing any refunds being processed around the 7 business day mark as well.
If you are not seeing anything happening with your reservations and no further communications by the 7-day mark, I would
give Disney a ring and speak to a Cast Member about it just to confirm.
