Tina from TN Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I recently had to cancel my reservation online due to illness. Do I need to change the date on my tickets now or can I do that later when we know when we can go? As long as my reservation is canceled my ticket will still remain?

    Hello Tina! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh, bother. I am so sorry to hear about your canceled trip. I hope you are on the mend and feeling better.

If your tickets were purchased separately and not part of a vacation package, the value of your tickets is never lost. You can change the dates you wish to visit in the future on your My Disney Experience account. Keep in mind that you will still need a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each date you plan to visit in the future. I recommend making your changes as soon as possible to ensure that you will be able to visit on the date that you choose.

If you run into any issues while making these changes, you can speak to a helpful Cast Member who can help you explore your options by calling (407) 939-1289.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and see ya real soon.
