Welcome Wayfinder to planDisney!
I’m so happy you were able to read the stars and trust the ocean to lead
you here to us today, Loan.
How kind of you to purchase
tickets for your friends to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort! They must be so excited to visit, especially since their visit is quickly approaching. Without knowing your exact ticketing purchasing process, I’m going to give you some guidance to help make this trip a smooth sailing one.
If your tickets need to be picked up at the gate, you (as the purchaser) must be the one to pick up the tickets. If you are unable to be there the day of, you are able to visit
Guest Relations at Disney Springs, and pick up the tickets a day prior to their use. Keep in mind, your friends would need to use these tickets to create a
Disney Park Pass reservation on their own, using their
My Disney Experience account. If you make the park reservations for them, on your account, you will need to be present the day of the visit. No matter which pathway you take, it all comes back to the delivery method of your tickets. The delivery method is what will help determine the best route for you to travel. I recommend giving the Walt Disney World Resort
a call and possibly changing the delivery method of the tickets purchased, depending on your situation. A Cast Member will be able to guide you, on the phone, to the best option for your friend’s visit.
Loan, I know the waters seem a bit rough at the moment but with time, your travels to the heart of Te Fiti, will be effortless! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make this voyage the best one yet!
