Keila from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I recently bought tier 5 tickets and I don't understand the tier system. I bought tickets for the 29th of May but reserved a park for the 30th, can I still go on the 30th? I'm so confused and nervous.

    Hi, Keila!

Welcome, and thank you for sending your question to planDisney. I’m glad to hear you want to visit the Happiest Place on Earth now that the theme parks have reopened! My family and I can’t wait to get back to the magic this spring!

There are five different tiers for 1-Day theme park tickets, and the first four of those tiers include various "good to go" and blockout dates for single-day visitors. However, 1-Day Tier 5 Tickets may be used on Tier 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 days (essentially any day of the year), pending theme park reservation availability. So, there’s no need to worry. If you purchased a Tier 5 Ticket because you planned to go on May 29 but decide to change your reservation day to May 30, it should be valid for use on either day. Simply cancel your original reservation and then book a new one for your desired date.

I hope this answers your question, Keila, but if you need more clarification, please feel free to contact us again or call the Disneyland Resort ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
