    I recently bought an ornament at Disney World. The salesperson said if it did not make the flight home in one piece i should go to disney.com and it would be replaced. the ornament did get broken, but i can't find where i should go for help. any ideas?

    Thank you so much for your question.  I hope your recent trip to the Walt Disney World Resort was, well, simply MAGICAL.  I  so sorry to hear about your ornament, but hopefully we can get this resolved quickly.

    I would recommend calling Merchandise Guest Services at (407)363-6200 and speak with a Cast Member concerning your recent Disney purchase.  They will be happy to direct you in the right direction.  You may also want to try www.DisneyParks.com/store.
