I just recently bought the enchant key pass and in the confirmation email it stated to bring proof of Southern California residency. What would proof of being a Southern California resident be?

    Hi Katie!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with this great Disneyland Resort Magic Key planning question!

Are you ready for 12 months of magic? I'm oh so jealous that you're one of the coolest Mouseketeers in the kingdom, Katie! I had an Annual Pass when we were stationed in SoCal and I hope you get to make the most that your Key has to offer! Be sure to follow the official Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account so you won't miss a single freebie, promotion, discount, special photo opportunity, etc. Bonus tip: you even have access to a special members-only lounge in Disney California Adventure Park, the Magic Key Terrace!

To verify your Southern California Residency for your Imagine Key, you'll need to show a government-issued ID. Ideally, your ID would have your address on it; however, other official photo IDs, like non-expired passports and Military IDs that do not list your address, can be accompanied by a utility bill or rental/mortgage paperwork, etc. (I'm a military spouse and the latter is how I obtained my AP back in the day.) The only catch is that you must reside within the zips codes of 90000 to 93599. Bonus tip: Did you see that Disneyland just released a special California Resident ticket offer? This way if you have a friend or loved one who missed out on getting an Imagine Key can still join you at The Happiest Place on Earth!

I hope this answer helped to clEAR up your question, Katie! Be sure to check out the official planDisney Instagram account where we're sharing even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort or Disneyland Magic Key questions, We're All Ears!
