We recently booked a trip for 3 days and 2 nights but did not choose a meal plan. I have a family of 6 and I was wondering if a meal plan would be more cost effective?

    Hi Eric,

In recent years, my family has traveled on some trips with the Disney Dining Plan and others without.  We have done the side-by-side comparison and have come to the conclusion that the Disney Dining Plan is a huge money saver.  The savings are even more pronounced if you have children under ten years old in your party.  If you booked a vacation package that makes you eligible to purchase the Disney Dining Plan, I highly recommend that you do so.  I think your family will love the savings and flexibility that it provides visitors to the most magical place on earth.

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
