Ahoy there, Kathryn!
Thanks for cruising by planDisney with your question!
I'm so happy to hEAR you'll be setting sail with Captain Mickey and his crew soon! I'm sure you're counting down the days until you step onboard and hear them announce your family's name as you enter the gorgeous Lobby Atrium. They treat you like a VIP from the moment you step onto the ship, and continue the pampering until the moment you disembark! It's no wonder Disney Cruise Line has so many repeat cruisers - it's an experience like no other.
I'm so glad you've chosen and booked some fun onboard activities for your cruise. From your explanation, it sounds as though you want to keep the spots you've booked, and simply change the names of who will be participating. My advice would be to keep the reservations as they are until you board, then stop by the
Guest Services Desk on your first afternoon onboard and have a Cast Member assist you in adjusting the names on the reservation. I'd hate for you to cancel and rebook and take the chance of someone else being able to possibly grab the spot. (If the reservation is for a
Port Adventure, you'll need to stop by the Port Adventures desk.)
If
not correcting the names is preventing a Guest from choosing another activity due to an overlap in plans, I encourage you to call Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 or email them
using this convenient form for assistance in correcting the names.
I hope this helps with your plans and preparations for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! Please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you have more questions before you set sail.
