I recently booked a hotel and ticket package. I purchases hopper tickets and made my park reservations. Do you need a reservation for the hopper? We are planning to visit a second park after 2pm.

Hey Angela, and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on the purchase of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package! Now the real fun begins!

You will appreciate the flexibility of the park hopper option of your theme park tickets because it will allow you to decide in advance (or last-minute) which theme park you would like to experience after 2:00 PM. You do not need a reservation to “hop” to an additional theme park after 2:00 PM the same day. Please note that you must arrive at your reserved theme park before “hopping” over to the second. For example, you have a reservation at EPCOT but want to experience Magic Kingdom Park after 2:00 PM, you have to go to EPCOT first before you can go to Magic Kingdom Park. Otherwise, you are only required to sit back and enjoy all that you will experience.

Please return should you have additional questions prior to your arrival.

    Have a magical vacation!
