    Recently asked if we could get a phone call from a Disney character about a surprise vac we'll be taking soon.U gave me the web address but when I tried using it, it would not let me select 2012 as the yr.Any advise?Would still love to use this call option

    Hi Jennifer. 

    I am so sorry if I sent wrong information.  I went to the Disney's Enchanted Calls link to try it myself.  It does show 2012 and 2013 dates available, but when I put in my phone number it says that calls are not available to these states (WA, KY, MS, NE, TN and LA).  I am not sure if one of those is where you live, or if you are running into another problem.

    I do know that there have been a few companies that have offered this in the past, so I could have possibly sent you an old link.  Please let me know if you still can't get your phone call scheduled.
