You recently answered a ? re pool hopping btwn POFQ and Riverside and the ansewr you gave was that this is not allowed. We are booking a trip for POFQ and we were lead to beleive that is is allowed btwn these 2 hotels being that they are sister hotels???

I'm all too familiar with that slip up, Roxanne!  Unfortunately when I called the resort to confirm what I thought was the answer, I was given misinformation (not once, but twice!) and subsequently answered that question incorrectly.  The accurate answer is that while pool hopping is not normally permitted at Walt Disney World resorts, because Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter are sister properties, guests are welcome to use either pool.  I apologize for leading you astray but rest assured that I'm passing along thrice-verified information this time!

Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
