    hello I recently got the annual pass for my family but we will not be able to use it, there's any way to cancel it and get my money back?

    Karen, Theme Park Tickets and Annual Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, per the terms and conditions. I know this isn't the news you were hoping to hear, and I hate to be the bearer of this news. Each Guest's situation is different, so if you'd like to speak to a Cast Member about your family's Annual Passses, you can contact V.I.PASSHOLDER support at 407-WDW-PASS.

    Did you know that there are many other Special Offers reserved just for Florida Residents, and even more for Annual Passholders? There's a lot more to an Annual Pass than just being able to enjoy the Theme Parks! There's also a lot of new and exciting things to experience, including the brand-new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind rollercoaster at EPCOT!
