Hi, I recently amended my Disney trip from April 2021 to Nov 2021. My travel agent said it would take up to 2 weeks to be able to link my reservation to MDE but it still isn't showing. What should I do to link my hotel and tickets? Thank you

Welcome back to planDisney, Vicky! I am so happy you stopped by with your question.

If your Travel Agent modified your April 2021 Vacation Package and changed the dates to your November 2021 dates, your existing reservation number would be the same.  You would not need to link it again to your My Disney Experience account if you had previously. The new dates should be displayed under 'My Plans'. If your agent canceled your first package altogether and booked you an entirely new package, you would have a new reservation number. You can link that new reservation to your My Disney Experience account as soon as the package is booked. I have noticed that sometimes these changes will take a bit to update, but everything should be correctly displayed within 24 hours. If I have these issues, I have found that completely logging out of My Disney Experience and logging back in has resolved the problems; especially if using the mobile app.  If you still can't see your updated reservation or link your new reservation, contact your Travel Agent for further assistance. Once you get everything linked, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations right away!

Vicky, please come back and visit us any time you have questions regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit. We are so happy to help!
