First, my number one tip when experiencing technological issues is to use a different device or
browser to log into your
My Disney Experience account. Indeed, I find that whenever my mobile app doesn't work, switching to my web browser apps or computer typically solves the issue, and vice versa. If you want to go one step further, you can clear your cache history, which may also cause some bugs. Second, if you are still experiencing issues, don't hesitate to signal Star Command for help! While Buzz Lightyear can just use his spacesuit to contact them, you may
use the phone number available online to speak with a Disney representative. Indeed, Disney representatives will simply be able to properly link your reservations to the correct members in your party. I am eternally grateful for Disney Cast Members!
