I was recently in an accident and need to change my vacation plans. I purchased a park ticket for WDW but since I live in California I was wondering if I could change my ticket to Disney land? Can I also change the date of the ticket?

    Hi Kim.

I'm so sorry to hear about your recent accident. I'm sending happy thoughts your way as you navigate through your recovery time.

Typically, Walt Disney World Resort tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you have a package, I encourage you to discuss your reservation with a Cast Member to inquire about potential options or the possibility of changing to Disneyland Resort. You can do so by calling 407-560-CHAT (2428). If you have tickets only, you can call 407-566-4985 and select option four. This will direct you to a Cast Member in Ticketing Guest Services.

Thank you for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Take care of yourself as you recover and plan your magical Disney Parks vacation.
