    On a recent trip to WDW I bought some bamboo windchimes with carved animals in Animal Kingdom. I would like to order more. Is this possible?

    Hi there Kathy,

    There have been so many instances where I have returned home from a magical Disney vacation only to realize that I forgot to purchase something I had my eye on or later discover I absolutely "need" more of something that I brought home with me!

    Anytime I find myself in either situation, I always immediately pay a phone call to the friendly folks at Merchandise Mail Order Services!  They can usually locate the item I'm interested in and they can ship it right to my door!  The direct contact number is 1-877-560-6477.

    Have as much information about the item available as you can remember when you call, such as a detailed description and shop name if you know it.  This will be helpful when they search the merchandise database to locate your requested item!  In most cases they will be able to track it down for you!
