I am a recent single mom wanting to take my kids to WDW for Spring Break 2011 in March. Ages are 22,16,&13. I want this to be a memorable vacation, but I am on a tight budget. What hotels do you reccomend and should I include a dining pkg?

Hi Monica!  A Disney vacation during Spring Break would be a wonderful treat for your family. I hope we can help you to pull this off for 2011!

The Value resorts are your best bet when looking at tighter budgets. That does not mean you will not enjoy your stay as the values are a lot of fun! My first choice in the Value category is Pop Century resort.  The decor is clever from the bowling pin pool to the larger then life Mickey telephone. The rooms are adequate with two double beds, TV, table and chairs, closet, and bathroom where the sink is outside from the shower and toilet area.  Pop Century has a great food court with wonderful choices for all meals and plenty of seating.  There are three pools to choose from for when you want to relax and enjoy time away from the parks.

I would definitely consider the dining plan as this is definitely a savings for a family.  Review the differences for the plans and decide which best suits your family.  Some families prefer to sit down for every meal at table service locations. Others enjoy a mix of counter service and table service and then others simply want the quick service counter type experience during their stay.  You can review all of these by clicking HERE.

Compare the cost savings for the One Park One Day tickets over the Park Hopper tickets and decide if this is the best way to go for your family. You will save money but it will restrict you from going from park to park on the same day.  With good planning this can still offer you a plan for a great vacation.  Contact the Disney reservation cast members and help them plan a trip for you.  407-934-7639  You can also check out vacation plans through your local AAA as they often have some special savings as well.
