    The most recent My Disney Experience app update said you could upgrade your park ticket to an Annual Pass. Does anyone have any step by step information on how to do that? Thanks.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question! As some little green aliens I know would say, “Oooooooo!” I am green as a Toy Story alien with envy over your Annual Pass upgrade!

    I reached out to a Cast Member, who provided these step-by-step instructions for upgrading your existing ticket to an Annual Pass using the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    -Open the app and select “My Tickets”

    -Select the ticket you would like to upgrade

    -Click “Upgrade to an Annual Pass”

    -Select “Out of State Resident” or “Florida Resident”

    -Specify your desired Annual Pass type and payment method

    Nicholas, your payment will be applied at the time you upgrade, and your Annual Pass will be valid for one year from the date you first use the ticket you are upgrading. Please note that if you have not yet used the ticket, Annual Passholder discounts and benefits will become available once you activate your Annual Pass.
