It is frustrating when I have
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets in hand but am unable to connect them to my My Disney Experience account. If I am on site I take the ticket to a ticket window, Guest Services window, or to the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. When I need to manage those tickets from home I
call Disney directly and they help me with this technology glitch. It may be as simple as the tickets being hidden in your
My Disney Experience account due to the original purchase date. A Cast Member will sort it out for you.
