I received the two passes I purchased on line and went on line to see if they were linked to my account and webpage said no tickets linked, but when I attempted to link received error message already linked to another account.

    Hey there, Marilyn!

It's great to see you here at planDisney, and it's great to see you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up. I can imagine you're already counting down the days until you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

It sounds like you received your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets in the mail, yet you're not seeing them listed in the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets area of your My Disney Experience account, and you're not able to link the tickets when you try to enter the Ticket ID Numbers. Given the situation, I think the best next step is for you to work with the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk and have them look at the details of the issue with you. You can call the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk team at (407) 939-4357, and you can also start up an online chat session with them.

I'm sorry to hear you're not seeing all your tickets display as expected, and I'm hopeful that the friendly technical team on the Internet Help Desk can work through the issue with you.

Once you get all your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system, and you'll be one step closer to experiencing all the magic of the theme parks!

Marilyn, if you're looking for recommendations for what to see, do, and experience during your visit, just ask us here at planDisney! We're always happy to share suggestions based on our own Walt Disney World Resort vacations.

Here's wishing you a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Enjoy all the magic!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
