Hey there, Marilyn!
It's great to see you here at planDisney, and it's great to see you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up. I can imagine you're already counting down the days until you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
It sounds like you received your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets in the mail, yet you're not seeing them listed in the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets area of your
My Disney Experience account, and you're not able to
link the tickets when you try to enter the Ticket ID Numbers. Given the situation, I think the best next step is for you to work with the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk and have them look at the details of the issue with you. You can call the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk team at (407) 939-4357, and you can also
start up an online chat session with them.
I'm sorry to hear you're not seeing all your tickets display as expected, and I'm hopeful that the friendly technical team on the Internet Help Desk can work through the issue with you.
Once you get all your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can make your theme park reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system, and you'll be one step closer to experiencing all the magic of the theme parks!
Marilyn, if you're looking for recommendations for what to see, do, and experience during your visit, just ask us here at planDisney! We're always happy to share suggestions based on our own Walt Disney World Resort vacations.
Here's wishing you a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Enjoy all the magic!
Jerry
