I received tickets via the mail and I am trying to link them to my app but it is not accepting the scan

    Hello Susan,

I understand your concern about linking your tickets to the Disneyland app, especially when you're all set for an exciting visit to the Disneyland Resort. Let's see what we can do to resolve this issue.

When the app is having trouble scanning your tickets, manually entering the ticket number can often be a more reliable method. You'll find the ID number near the barcode on your ticket, and you can enter this directly into the app. Also, double-check to ensure your tickets are compatible with the Disneyland app – most types should work seamlessly.

Keeping your app up to date is crucial, as outdated versions can lead to glitches. Another point to consider is your internet connection. A stable and strong connection is necessary for the app to function correctly, so that's something to keep an eye on.

If these steps don’t help, it’s a good idea to get in touch with Guest Services for assistance. For Disneyland Resort, you can contact them at (714) 781-4636. The Cast Members there are experienced in resolving such issues and can assist you in linking your tickets or troubleshooting any problems you might be facing.

A useful tip for your visit: Once you have your tickets linked, consider using Genie+ to enhance your experience at Disneyland Resort. Genie+ allows you to book Lightning Lane entrances for select attractions, which can save you a lot of time and help you make the most of your visit.

We're here to help at planDisney if you have any more questions or need additional advice for your Disneyland Resort visit. I hope these suggestions help, Susan, and that you have a fantastic time filled with magical moments! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
