Hiya Jason!
Welcome to planDisney! In your possession lies something magical and exciting and I am sorry that you are struggling to link it to your My Disney Experience Account! The last time I purchased tickets from a vendor that was not Walt Disney World directly I did have some confusion regarding how to link it. Let me share how I was able to eventually link them.
It's very important that before you link the tickets you have your
Family & Friends list set up properly. For my family, my husband and I have our own
My Disney Experience Accounts and we created a managed account for my two little ones. They aren't real accounts but filler spaces essentially which I can link tickets and reservations to. Young Disney fans can create their own My Disney Experience Accounts when they turn 13. Make sure that everyone in your party either has their own account or has an account that you will manage.
Once you have your Family & Friends list ready to go then you should work to
link your tickets. Attraction Tickets does provide a confirmation number which you will need to enter
here. If you are having trouble with the
My Disney Experience Mobile App I suggest you switch to a computer browser and enter it that way. I also suggest for the smoothest experience to switch to a private or "incognito" browser as I have found those pesky "browser cookies" can muddle up things on the site. The linking process guides you to attach the ticket to your party so if your Family & Friends list is set up it will be easy to connect everyone to their ticket. If you continue to have difficulty I would reach out to Attraction Tickets to make sure that they provided you with the correct confirmation numbers and set everything up properly for you.
If you have a smartphone you can download your tickets to your digital wallet with the
MagicMobile Service. This is done through the My Disney Experience Mobile App and is a great way to have your tickets ready to go to enjoy the Parks. You can just open up your ticket in your wallet and "tap" into the Parks. If you want a physical ticket card you will have to visit the Will Call ticket window in front of all four Theme Parks or visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
I hope this helps and you have a fabulous time. weather will be pleasant and your days full of possibility. A holiday with my friend Mickey and a delicious Pineapple DOLE Whip® Cup is just perfection.
Happy Planning!
