Hello, we received some tickets thru an event we attended in 2019 in November. Had planned on coming that June before they expired in 2020. Covid hit and you guys closed down for several months airlines were chaos etc. can we exchange those for this year?

Hiya, Kathryne! Welcome, welcome! We are thrilled to have you here at planDisney. With your Disneyland Resort vacation right around the corner (well, not really, but time flies), it's only fair that you start to prepare now!

I have great news for you, my friend. As per Disney's eTicket Terms and Conditions, "the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park ticket, except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party, may be applied towards the purchase of a new Theme Park admission ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. The amount paid for any Theme Park ticket may not be redeemed for cash or used for any other goods or services other than for another Theme Park admission ticket".

Kathryne, since you received your tickets through an event in 2019, you'll need to speak to a Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 to see what they can do for you. If they tell you that they can apply the value of your expired tickets to new Theme Park admission tickets, you'll be able to complete the transaction during your call as well. Also, don't forget to make your Theme Park reservations as soon as you've got your tickets secured! It's always good to start thinking about what you and your party want to see and do, but if you need any help with that at all, you know where to find us!

We can't wait to welcome you back to the magic here at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    See you real soon,
