I received my tickets in the mail and unfortunately I I have duplicates. Is there any way to change these so there is not confusion in the parks with whose ticket is who's?

    Hi Celina,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

Celina, have you heard of the My Disney Experience mobile app? This app holds a ton of information like wait times, maps, and you can even mobile order at select dining locations. One of the great ways to utilize the app is to add your tickets to it so you can keep track of your tickets digitally rather than physically.

To add your tickets into the app, you need to go through the linking process. First, you’ll want to locate the code on the back of each of your tickets. Next, sign into the My Disney Experience mobile app and select the three lines in the lower right hand corner. Next, select the “Tickets and Passes” box. On the next page, select “Link Tickets & Passes” and under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, add those ticket numbers that I mentioned earlier. After you add a ticket, you can write the name of the individual on the back, just for future reference. Once all the tickets are added, you can go back to the “Tickets and Passes” area and you should see each individual’s ticket.

Under each ticket, you’ll be able to select an icon and assign a name for each member of your party. If this is your first time using the app, you’ll just select “Add a Guest” and enter each person’s information. Once this process is done, you’ll have names assigned to your tickets!

Finally, you’ll want to do a few things. Now that your tickets are entered digitally, you’ll want to make your Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time, each guest needs both valid admission and a Disney Park Pass for each day they want to enter the Theme Parks. Because your arrival date is soon, you’ll want to do this ASAP so you’re able to secure the Disney Park Passes for the Theme Parks you’re interested in. You also can look into Disney MagicMobile, which allows you to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for super easy entrance into the Theme Parks!

I know that was a ton of information, but I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your vacation. If you have any other vacation or planning questions before your trip, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
