Welcome to planDisney, Kelly!
Thank you for visiting us with your very first question! I am happy to hear that you have just received tickets to the magic!
As you are aware, all visitors ages 3 and up are required to have both valid tickets and a theme park reservation for the same park on the same date. After
purchasing tickets and making
Disney Park Pass reservations, Guests do not receive a theme park reservation confirmation by e-mail or with park tickets, but you can view your reservation by
signing in to your Disney account and visiting
My Plans.
You can also view your reservations via the
My Disney Experience app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen and select
My Plans to view your Disney Park Pass reservations. It is not necessary to show proof of theme park reservation upon arrival because reservations are linked to each Guest with valid admission.
I hope this information is helpful, Kelly. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and remember to check our
Panel Extras for more tips and advice as you plan your Disney getaway!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
