Hi, I have received my tickets and I’m trying to link them to the Disney app. When I scan the barcode then pick myself as the guest to link it to, it links it the the next guest down instead.

    Hi Allan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always a pleasure to answer questions from my fellow Guests from the UK, and I'm happy to see that you are making plans for your next holiday to Walt Disney World Resort in October.  My Disney Experience is so useful when linking all our plans and reservations and is such a handy tool for keeping everything together.  If you are unable to scan your Ultimate Tickets (exclusively available to UK Guests),  have you tried to manually enter the Disney Confirmation Number, or ID Code on the tickets or email?  You can link them by going to My Disney Experience online - click on My Plans, then Park Tickets, Link Tickets.  Enter the confirmation number and your tickets will be linked to your reservation.  If you prefer to use the app, click on Tickets and Passes, tap on the (+) sign in the top right corner and you'll see where to enter your ID Code to link your tickets.  If you are still experiencing difficulties, please call the Technical and Website support team on freephone UK number: 0800 169 0 749.

It is recommended, at this time, to link your tickets as soon as you are able to do so, as you will need both a valid admission ticket and a park reservation to enter any theme park when the parks re-open.  Park reservations will need to be made via My Disney Experience in the coming weeks, but admission tickets will be required to enable you to do this.  Park reservations will be required for all confirmed tickets through 2020.

We may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our holidays to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic, and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.

We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit.  Please know we are working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share.  Come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your holiday.
