    Hello, I received tickets from a cast member that were suppose to expire on 12/11/2020. Obviously Disneyland wasn’t opened then and still isn’t. Will I still be able to use this tickets when it opens back up?

    Welcome to planDisney! I know it has been an exciting week with the announcement of the phased reopening of Disneyland Resort. Like you, I’m also very ready to Return to a Land of Magic!

    Carli, without knowing the specifics of your ticket(s), it’s difficult to give you a new expiration date. I was, however, able to find a list of theme park tickets that can help you find your new expiration date. At any time, you are more than welcome to link your tickets to your Disney account, online, or by using the Disneyland app. Once linked you will be able to see the latest expiration date of your tickets. If you would prefer to give the Disneyland Resort a call, you are more than welcome to do so as well. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your existing tickets.

    Carli, I also recommend keeping your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information on the reopening of the Disneyland Resort. That’s where you will find more information on what to expect as the phased reopening begins.
