Sara from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I received my theme park ticket reservation via email but there is no barcode or ID number. How can I obtain this information?

    Hey, howdy, hey, Sara!

Your ticket purchase confirmation email should include a link to display your Disney eTickets. You may even choose to print your eTickets from that web page if you’d like. However, the most convenient way to access your eTickets is using the Disneyland mobile app. Within the app, navigate to the ☰ feature menu. There, you will find a “Tickets and Passes” tile. Tapping into that screen will first make sure that you are logged into your account. Make sure to log in using the same account you used to purchase your tickets and make your theme park reservations. The “Tickets and Passes” screen will display your park ticket barcodes. You may show that screen at the theme park entrance for admission.

Tony’s Tip: Using your mobile device as your theme park admission isn’t the only trick the Disneyland app can do. You may also choose to add a payment method to your Disney account. That will make it easy to use the app for mobile food and beverage orders, buying souvenirs with Merchandise Mobile Checkout, and purchasing individual Lightning Lane return times.

I hope you have a magical time, Sara!
