I have received a pin number but cannot find the page to enter it. The email I received only has a 1-800 number. does this mean I can only use it on the phone and not on-line?

Hi Averie! You’re one of the lucky ones with a PIN code! You will have to call the phone number the email listed to book your vacation if your email did not come with a direct link. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. Disney World’s online reservations do not have a spot to enter any special promo codes, therefore a phone call is required. I hope you get a great deal!
