    Received pin for free ddp, want to buy annual pass as planning on returning in Oct 2012, can I book trip using pin and purchase base tickets and upgrade to annual pass $ for $ when I get there? Is this best opt? Is annual pass good for 1 yr from activation

    Hi Shelley! Thanks for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Panel! Congratulations on receiving a PIN code. Those are hard to get and everybody wants one. You can definitely upgrade your tickets to an Annual Pass once you are there, and I do think this is a great plan to take advantage of the PIN code. The Annual Pass will be good for one year from the date you get it. When you get it, make sure you pick up a little booklet showing what discounts are available to Annual Passholders!
