    I received an offer in the mail referencing a code in a yellow box, but when I go online the offer is not there and there is no where to input the code #? Is the offer only good by phone? The offer is to save 40% if I stay11/13 to 11/19.

    Hi Scott!

          Wow, you have a great deal there!  You received what is called a Pin Code, which is a special deal offered by Disney to you.  As far as I know you can't activate a Pin Code online. You will have to either book through Disney or a Travel Agent, usually over the phone to receive this special discount offer.  When you call let them know that you have a Pin Code and what the offer is.
