Hi Rochelle,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am just thrilled that you are going to be able to use
Memory Maker. My family loves all of the photos and videos we receive with our Memory Maker package. The ride photos are just priceless!
When I have purchased Memory Maker in the past, it has not always automatically appeared in
My Disney Experience Account. If it does not appear, I have simply linked it using the ticket/confirmation number that came via email. To link it, go to My Disney Experience, click on "My Reservations and Tickets" and enter the ticket/confirmation number. If you do not see your Memory Maker and/or cannot link it,
contact the Walt Disney World Resort for additional help. I have always found the cast members in Disney PhotoPass Services to be quite helpful!
Rochelle, I will offer one additional suggestion. Check to be sure your photos are populating in My Disney Experience using the mobile app. Occasionally, a photo or two has not automatically appeared in My Disney Experience Account. If I can get to a
Disney PhotoPass Service center in the parks, I go there to find someone who can help retrieve it. The cast member will just need the location and time the photo was taken. On our last visit, a cast member in the park could not find a particular photo, so I had to call Disney PhotoPass Services. Someone was eventually able to locate the photo and I received an email when it had been added to My Disney Experience Account.
Rochelle, leave no photo behind!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
