Just received Memory Maker card in the mail for our up coming trip. It says to link it to our Disney Exp. account but when i try that it say's already linked.I didn't do it did they? How can I be sure ? I'd hate for photo's to not be on this account. HELP.

    Nicole:

I had the same question a few weeks ago when I purchased Memory Maker.

Like you, I received the card in the mail attached to the confirmation letter and instructions. I dutifully took both the card and the letter with me to Disney even though it said it was linked. But I went one step farther and asked that the PhotoPass photographer not only scan our picture he took at the gate of Magic Kingdom to my MagicBand but also scan it to the Memory Maker card. To calm my fears, he recommended that I go to the PhotoPass area in Town Hall and have them verify that the card was linked to my account and that my MagicBand was all I needed. There was no one in line and the cast member was very friendly and verified the card was linked. (Somehow, I think he may have encountered other guests like me...)

If it's linked, you're good, but if you'd feel better keeping the card, you can. I did.

    Wishing y'all a magical, worry-free vacation!
