    I just received my Magic Key package. Although it did come in an envelope instead of a package. I didn’t get a button or lanyard for both of our passes. Was wondering if that’s normal?

    I'm Julie (unfortunately without a T), and I'll try to help you find a happy ending to this quest.

    It seems like you were expecting to receive the special welcome package created for Magic Key members who signed up in the first 66 days of the program.  

    If you have purchased your Magic Key Passes within that timeframe (before October 30th), it may be worth calling (714) 781-7277 to double-check if your purchase was processed in time to participate in the offer. I bet the Cast Members will be able to help you! 

    I hope this helps you track down your packages, dear Romeo! Since you have your Magic Key Passes in hand, don't forget that February is right around the corner, and it's Magic Key Holder Celebration Month. There will be plenty of surprises and special celebrations at the Disneyland Resort throughout the month, and I bet you'll have a blast!
