    Hi there. i never received my magic key magnet for getting my current magic pass. How do i get it? Thank you so much

    Hi there, Quynh! We are so glad you stopped by planDisney with a question for us!

    I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your Magic Key magnet after your recent renewal. I can share that it does take at least a few weeks. I received mine about three weeks after my renewal, but that was before Magic Key sales opened back up for sale. Due to this, there may be a longer delay in getting them out as I'm sure they have quite a big list to go through! If it's been a while, I recommend reaching out to the Magic Key Holders phone line for assistance. 

    Whether you've had a Magic Key for the last few years or you are a new Magic Key holder, I hope you are excited for a year of magic! There are lots of great extras available for Magic Key holders, but did you know there are also some food items available only for Magic Key holders? You can grab the Box'O Sliders combo at Galactic Grill or a trio of ice cream floats from The Golden Horseshoe!
