MagicBand+ and Smart Phone

    I just received our magic bands for our trip in October. I accidentally linked three to my husband's name and none to myself or my son. Is there a way to shift them to the right people? Red=Isaac, Teal=Jill, Navy blue=Brad, Olive=Devon (correct).

    Welcome to planDisney! I love visiting Walt Disney World Resort in the fall. The weather is fantastic, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite after-hours events. You are going to have the best time for sure!

    I'm so sorry to hear about your technological mishap; mistakes happen, especially when it comes to multitasking and planning. Unfortunately, MagicBands are nontransferable once linked to a My Disney Experience account. That means potentially, your husband will have three MagicBands to use interchangeably during your visit. I would hate to leave you without a chance for a bit of pixie dust, so I recommend contacting a Cast Member in the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ department. There are absolutely no guarantees, but they may be able to work a little magic. Be sure to have the MagicBand ID numbers (found on the back of the MagicBands) handy for that call so that the Cast Member can best assist you.
